Testing
Ashra Consultants Pvt Ltd. has established an independent R&D unit specifically for Testing of Filters and Filter
Paper / media. It is situated in Bhosari Industrial area, on the outskirts of Pune.
The R&D Laboratory is equipped to carry out following types of tests –
- Paper characteristics like Basis Weight, Thickness, porosity, permeability, pore sizes.
- Air Cleaner Performance tests – Clean Pressure Drop, Dust Holding capacity, filtration Efficiency as per SAE J-726 and can test air cleaners upto 1200 cfm
- Oil Filter Tests – Clean pressure drop, media migration, Dust Holding capacity, Filtration efficiency (gravimetric) at regular intervals, Collapse pressure drop, Relief valve opening pressure etc. Lube filter test rig designed for
